Community United Methodist Church Preschool

A lifetime of learning begins with a single moment of wonder

CUMC Preschool offers developmentally appropriate 2, 3 and 5- day programs for children 2 1/2 to 5 years of age.  We provide a nurturing hands-on environment for children to discover, explore, problem-solve and create. Our play-based, fun atmosphere is dedicated to each child's personal development. Each day, we offer a variety of age-appropriate activities to encourage children to participate in different experiences, including creative art, science, large and fine motor manipulatives, dramatic play, cooking and nutrition, as well as language and music. While continuing to focus on the same social-emotional developmental goals as the preschool program, the Pre-K program also focuses on fun-filled balanced curriculum which meets the  California Preschool Academic Standards, and helps your child meet his or her full potential in all areas of development.
